What is MyChart and how does it work?

MyChart is a secure, online health management tool that connects Cleveland Clinic patients to portions of their electronic medical record, allowing you to see test results, message your physician, schedule appointments and more. Login To MyChart.

Will my appointments show up in my Martin health MyChart account?

Yes. On April 1, 2023, we will transition your appointments that are scheduled to happen on April 22 or later to Cleveland Clinic MyChart. This means that they will no longer display in your Martin Health MyChart account. You will be able to log in Cleveland Clinic MyChart starting April 13.

How do I grant access to my MyChart account?

If you’d like, you may authorize a loved one to access your MyChart account. Visit the Share My Record page from the Health menu to grant access and send an invitation. How do I find my medical record number (MRN)?

Are MyChart messages billed to my insurance?

Starting November 17, 2022, some MyChart messages will be billed to your insurance. Which MyChart messages are billable? These are responses to your questions that take at least five minutes to answer and require your provider’s medical expertise. Many messages will still be free.
