Is MyChart replacing CVMC’s inpatient health portal?
MyChart became available to patients of most CVMC ambulatory departments and outpatient practices on November 9, 2019. MyChart is NOT replacing CVMC’s inpatient health portal—Meditech Central to Your Well Being—at this time.
How do I log in to MyChart?
