How do I login to MyChart?
Go to MyChart. Fill out the information on the screen, including your name, address, last four digits of your Social Security number, and birth date. From there, you’ll be asked to create your own username and password. Follow the on-screen prompts to log in for the first time.
What can I do with MyChart?
MyChart is a secure and easy tool for managing your health. With a mobile device or a desktop computer, you can use MyChart anytime to find a doctor, see your medical records, schedule and participate in a video visit with a healthcare provider and do much more. Using MyChart’s new features can help you get healthier and reach your wellness goals.
How do I view my test results on MyChart?
Most test results are automatically released into MyChart, except certain sensitive tests. View the details of your upcoming appointments or click on a past appointment to view the after-visit summary. Outpatient progress notes are available for review as part of the visit details in the “Past Appointments” section.
How to access my prescriptions?
