What is the new MyChart patient portal?
As of November 1, 2020, Cape Cod Healthcare now utilizes the Epic electronic health record system for primary, specialty and acute care across the Cape Cod Healthcare system. The new MyChart patient portal allows patients to access their medical information all in one place.
How can I access my child’s MyChart?
Access your child’s MyChart Option 1: To request access online, log in to your account and select Request Family Access in the Messaging menu. Option 2: Ask for access to your child’s account when scheduling your next appointment or ask your pediatrician’s office for assistance during the appointment.
How do I sign up for MyChart central / Lucy?
Log in to your Cleveland Clinic MyChart account, click Manage My Health Info on the left-hand menu, and click MyChart Central / Lucy. Follow the instructions to sign up. Review step-by-step instructions found within the Help section of the MyChartCentral and Lucy page within MyChart.
What is MyChart on my Way?
MyChart On My Way provides a list of the available Cincinnati Children’s lab locations, along with their hours and current wait times. Once you select a location, you can choose to let the lab know that you are on your way, or select a specific appointment time. MyChart On My Way is available through the MyChart mobile app as well.

How to search for allergies?
In the search box, type in the first few words of your health issue, allergy, or medication, and click search. Select the option from the search results that is the best fit for your individual situation. For allergies, select all reactions that occur when you come into contact with the substance you are allergic to.
How to view past hospital visits?
To view them, click on a past visit or hospital stay within Upcoming and Past Appointments in the Appointments menu, or click Admissions & Visit Summary/Visit Notes in the Health menu. On the mobile app, tap the Appointments icon and select a past visit or hospital stay.

What is a standing order?
A Standing Order is a series of two or more of the same test, to be completed at a specified frequency (for example, once a month). A Future Order is a test to be completed within a timeframe specified by your provider. Please be sure to follow any instructions your provider gives you regarding your orders.
