What is a Gadugi portal?
The Gadugi Portal is a secure database and only used by Cherokee Nation departments with the goal of better assisting our citizens.
Do Cherokee Indians get free healthcare?
As an enrolled citizen of the Cherokee Nation, you are eligible to receive care at ANY health facility funded by the Indian Health Service system regardless of where you live. The Cherokee Nation also has an online pharmacy refill service for all prescriptions originating within the Cherokee Nation Health System.
What are Cherokee Nation benefits?
Cherokee Nation program requirements vary and some services will require proof of income and/or residence. The range of direct services includes, vehicle registration, health care, educational assistance, housing programs, social services, child care, food subsidies, property services and career assistance.
