What is MyChart and how does it work?
MyChart offers patients personalized and secure on-line access to portions of their medical records. It enables you to securely use the Internet to help manage and receive information about your health. With MyChart, you can use the Internet to: Request medical appointments. View your health summary from the MyChart electronic health record.
What is the MyChart bedside app?
New: MyChart Bedside offers you and your family access to real-time health care information during a hospitalization. New: View your medical images (X-ray, ultrasound, MRI, etc.) Fast access to test results: St. Luke’s posts test results in MyChart as soon as they are available.
What is the best way to get a personalized estimate from MyChart?
Search a list of the most common procedures or by the CPT code obtained from your healthcare provider. We’ll use your existing insurance information to provide a personalized estimate. For the best experience, log in to MyChart! Or, you can access personalized estimates as a guest and input your insurance info.
Will I be able to have access to my family’s electronic health record?
Yes, we have an application for Proxy Access. Ask your clinic team at your next visit about setting up Proxy Access for your family members.
Can I still access my information on MyHealth if I sign up for MyChart?
Grande Ronde Hospital’s MyChart became active October 21, 2017. Your personal MyChart online health record contains your health information from that date forward, as well as other pertinent records. If you need access to the personal information you stored in your online record before October 17, 2017 but did not transfer it over to MyChart, it may still be available through our previous patient portal vendor, RelayHealth.

How old do you have to be to use MyChart?
You must be at least 18-years old to register for and use MyChart. Ask your care team or provider for your personal access code to your MyChart record today. To create your account, follow the Login/Register link above. Once registered, log in to your account by following the Login/Register link above.
How do I request a copy of my medical records?
To request a copy of your medical records, please download and complete the Release of Information (ROI) form, and return it using the methods listed below .
