What is the difference between MyCare and MyChart?
*MyCare is used for patients in Connecticut. MyChart is used for Medical Group patients in Massachusetts. The MyCare Patient Portal provides Johnson Memorial, Mount Sinai, Saint Francis, Saint Mary’s, and Connecticut Medical Group members the access to manage medical conditions, review test results or pay bills.

How do I get a MyCare access code?
First time users will need a MyCare Access Code to begin using the portal. Please request a MyCare Access Code by completing this form (may take five business days) or by calling your MercyOne provider’s office.
