Back in Whack includes speaking with a nurse to learn about healthy foods and ways to become active. The program has active learning with activities and fun tools.

The Back in Whack Youth Home Pack has twelve 20 minute videos (DVDs) for children and parents to watch together, fun activities, food charts, measuring cups and more.

If a child/teen finishes all of the sessions, they get bonus activities, materials, and prizes as incentives.

The Back in Whack program was developed from the experts in nutrition and pediatrics including the American Academy of Pediatrics, Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and the Expert Committee Recommendations Regarding the Prevention, Assessment, and Treatment of Child and Adolescent Overweight and Obesity, among others.

FitLogix offers activity and nutrition segments, equipment to help track fitness and weight progress, and planned coaching calls to encourage, educate, and support healthy lifestyle changes.  Participants will work with coaches to choose a program that best fits their individual health needs.

FitLogix includes:

  • 52 Healthy Steps – lesson sections completed throughout the year
  • Thirteen (13) planned coaching calls to encourage, educate and support healthy lifestyle changes
  • An activity meter
  • An activity log
  • A free digital scale
  • A personal online dashboard to track information gathered from the monitoring devices
  • A mobile app (iPhone, Android) for displaying the online dashboard

The WYhealth 12 Healthy Habits Program will help you reach your ideal weight by learning 12 healthy habits. Each week you will focus on a different healthy habit. We will also have a topic on the mental side of weight loss to address some of the challenges to taking action and help you figure out ways that will help you implement the healthy habits into your life.
