What happens when I log in to MyChart?

When you log in to MyChart, we use the existing connections to determine where you have been seen. We can then suggest you connect to these organizations to see a complete view of your health record in this MyChart account.

Is my MyChart® a complete medical record?

The electronic record is property of Mercy Health and the information displayed in MyChart® is not the complete medical record. You can choose to stop participating in MyChart® at anytime by contacting your physician office and make a request for your MyChart® record to be closed.

Can a minor see medical records without consent?
