We Offer MyChart | Learn More About How it Works! Codman Square Health Center’s patient portal/app, MyChart, gives you direct access to portions of your electronic health record (EHR) where your doctor stores your health information.

What is MyChart and how does it work?

MyChart is a free service offered to patients of the Prince George’s County Health Department that provides patients secure on-line access to portions of their medical records. Now, no matter where you are, at home, at work, or on the road, you can securely and conveniently use the Internet to help manage and receive information about your health.

What’s new in Codman’s eye care department?

Codman made some exciting updates to its eye care department that will expand access to eye care services for our patients and community. We now have openings to accommodate people who need eye care appointments in the coming weeks.

What are the symptoms of Codman test?

Test: Codman offers patients a collection swab and or/urine cup that they self-administer in the health center. Symptoms: Symptoms include abnormal discharge, pain during sex, burning or itching of genitals. Many people will not experience any symptoms. Treatment: Antibiotic pills (doxycycline) for about a week.

What to do if you don’t have refills?

If you have refills remaining, please contact your pharmacy directly. If you do not have any refills and need a new prescription from your provider, you can quickly & easily request them
