What is a patient portal & how does it work?
The portal is one of the latest technology enhancements implemented that empowers patients to take an active role in managing their health. The service grants patients access to their latest lab and x-ray test results, prescription lists, billing information, physician progress notes, discharge summaries and upcoming appointments.
How do I set up my health portal account?
If you are not sure if we have your email address, please contact our Health Information Management Department at (785) 452-7152. 1. From the hospital webpage, click on the “My Health Portal” link. 2. Click on the “Set Up Your Account” button. 3. Fill in the fields – items have to match exactly what hospital has on file
