Once you have reset your password, return to the CVS Health MyChart login page and enter your new password
- Enter your email address or username.
- Type in your new password and confirm it by typing it again in the Password Confirmation box.
- Click Login. If you are successful, a green message will appear that says, successfully logged into my account. If not, a red message will appear with an error code explaining why you were unsuccessful (e.g., incorrect email address).
