Does my health record have an app?
What is the my clinic care patient portal?
The My Clinic Care patient portal provides you with confidential and secure online access to your health information. From the convenience of your home or on your mobile device, you can access test results, your medical history, upcoming appointments, medications and allergies.
Why do I need to enroll in the patient portal?
PLEASE NOTE: The email address you will use to enroll in the portal is required to be on file from registration at the clinic in order to complete your enrollment and both current and new patients need to enroll for the new Patient Portal to be able to access their health records online.
What browser do I use to access the patient portal?
IMPORTANT: When accessing the Meditech Patient Portal from a desktop computer, the preferred browser to use is Google Chrome. For best results, please use Google Chrome whenever available. Click on the “ENROLL NOW” link below these instructions.
