Who has access to mychartcentral?

Right now, access to MyChartCentral is provided by your healthcare organization. If none of the places where you receive healthcare use MyChartCentral, you won’t be able to log in right now. I signed up for an account but I didn’t get an activation email. What do I do?

What if I don’t have a MyChart account?

If you do not currently have a MyChart account, you receive a secure link that gives you temporary MyChart access to complete PreCheck-In. For security reasons, when you click the link, you will be asked to confirm your identity by verifying your demographic information.

Will my appointments show up in my Martin health MyChart account?

Yes. On April 1, 2023, we will transition your appointments that are scheduled to happen on April 22 or later to Cleveland Clinic MyChart. This means that they will no longer display in your Martin Health MyChart account. You will be able to log in Cleveland Clinic MyChart starting April 13.
