How do I access my Patient Portal at EAMC?
Visit the Medical Records Department at EAMC or EAMC-Lanier with your photo ID and a completed patient portal authorization form. A valid email address is required for accessing your patient portal. If you can’t make it to the Medical Records Department, you can mail or fax the form with a copy of your picture ID.
How do I access my EAH account?
Click the blue link in the email. You will then enter your birthday and the last four digits of your social security number to gain access to your My EAH account. Visit the Medical Records Department at East Alabama Medical Center or EAMC-Lanier with your photo ID and a completed patient portal authorization form.
How can patients access the new portal?
Patients will be able to conveniently log into the new portal via computer, tablet or mobile phone and you will receive confirmation of admission electronically.
