    What can I do with MyChart?

    Sometimes you need an easy way to contact your doctor and keep track of your health care in one location—now you can do both with MyChart. Review your medications, immunizations, allergies and medical history. Receive most test results online—no waiting for a phone call or letter.

    Who can view information sent through MyChart?

    Only you, your MyChart providers and health care teams are permitted to view information sent through MyChart. MyChart uses the latest security practices and safeguards to protect your health care information. MyChart is password-protected and the information is sent via an encrypted connection.     Who can sign into my historical KChart?

    Swedish or PacMed Patients: For services before 6/15/2019, sign into your historical MyChart. Kadlec Patients: For services before 8/17/2019, sign into your historical KChart .     Will I be able to have access to my family’s electronic health record?

    Can I still access my information on MyHealth if I sign up for MyChart?

    Grande Ronde Hospital’s MyChart became active October 21, 2017. Your personal MyChart online health record contains your health information from that date forward, as well as other pertinent records. If you need access to the personal information you stored in your online record before October 17, 2017 but did not transfer it over to MyChart, it may still be available through our previous patient portal vendor, RelayHealth.

    How old do you have to be to use MyChart?

    You must be at least 18-years old to register for and use MyChart. Ask your care team or provider for your personal access code to your MyChart record today. To create your account, follow the Login/Register link above. Once registered, log in to your account by following the Login/Register link above.

    How to activate MyChart account?

    In person: Ask your nurse or medical assistant can help you activate your MyChart account during a clinic appointment or inpatient hospital stay. Or, if you’d prefer to activate your account from the privacy of your home, any clinic or hospital staff member can give you a unique activation code and instructions. If you received a MyChart activation code from your clinic, please enter your activation code.
