What information is Holzer sending to my Patient Portal?
We are excited to let you know that as of Monday, August 8th, Holzer is now sending more information to your patient portal. Previously, you only had access to review the following information through your patient portal: released lab results, medications, vaccines, and other great information.
What are the benefits of using the MyChart app?

What should I not do with MyChart?
Please do not use MyChart for messages requiring urgent attention. For urgent medical matters, contact your provider’s office directly. If you have a medical emergency, please call 911. Can you use a portal locator on a patient portal?
Yes. Using the portal locator doesn’t affect your ability to use other URLs to log in to your patient portal.
