Can I import my health information from JPS Health Network?

JPS Health Network now allows patients to access and import their health information through third party applications. If there is another application that you like to use, you may import and consolidate your health information from JPS Health Network over to the third party application.

What can I do with my teen’s MyChart account?

A MyChart account lets you send messages to your health care provider, request and renew prescriptions, see test results, schedule appointments and so much more. Parents and guardians can request proxy access to a teen account, but some information will remain confidential and will not be shared without the teen’s permission.

How do I sign up for a MyChart account?

To sign up for an account, download the app and search for your healthcare organization or go to your healthcare organization’s MyChart website. After you’ve signed up, turn on Face ID, Touch ID, or a four-digit passcode to quickly log in without needing to use your MyChart username and password each time.

What is JPS connection?

JPS Connection is our county assistance program that helps eligible Tarrant County residents by providing quality healthcare at an affordable cost. The program does require a completed application and supporting documents to determine eligibility. Once eligible, coverage is provided and can only be used at JPS facilities.

Do JPS patients have to wear masks?

All JPS team members, patients, and visitors are required to wear a mask at all times when on JPS property, regardless of vaccine status. There are no changes to our mask policy at this time. Thank you for your cooperation as we continue to ensure the health and safety of our community.

Do you need a mask in JPS?

There are no changes to the current PPE practices. Masks are required for anyone inside JPS facilities.
