KOC offers patients the convenience of requesting an appointment ONLINE, ANYTIME! 24/7 access from any device, including our mobile apps. For any life-threatening conditions, call 911 or go immediately to a hospital emergency room.
How to login COPC patient portal?
Step 1: Go to Copc Patient Portal Official Page at Official Website Step 2: Enter Your Username and Password as You can see in the screenshot also. Step 3: Enter the password created for Copc Patient Portal and press the login button. If You don’t have an account for Copc Patient Portal then create a new one using the link given below.
How do I link a patient to a portal account?
Under TherapyPortal Access, click the Link Patient to Portal Account button. Once completed, the portal account will have access to request, view, and manage appointments for both clients. More clients can be added to the same portal account by repeating the steps above.
