What is MyChart?

Valley Health and Inova Health System have formed an alliance to bring you MyChart, a shared electronic database and record. Whether you receive your patient care through a Valley Health or an Inova Health System provider, you will have access to your healthcare information through this one, secure patient portal.

What is MVHS MyChart?

This means patients will be able to see their health information from all organizations where they have a MyChart account in one place. Information such as medications and allergies from outside organizations will be visible in MVHS MyChart once the MyChart accounts are connected.

How do I contact Valley Health MyChart support?

For additional assistance please call Valley Health MyChart Support, 888-730-4812 . Access MyChart on the go by installing the MyChart App on your smartphone or tablet. Search for the MyChart application in the Apple or Android app store. When the results appear, select the MyChart Epic systems app .

Is MyChart® a substitute for consultation with my physician?

Neither MyChart® nor any other application available through MVHS’ website is a substitute for appropriate and timely contact and consultation with your physician. Contact your clinic or your physician, or call 911 services immediately if you have an urgent issue that you believe may affect your health or well being. C.

Upon one week of discharge, inpatients of MVHS will be given access their medical records via MyChart.
