Not a MyCHOP user? Request an access code by calling your provider’s office or requesting one at your next appointment, then sign up.

How do I add a child to MyCHOP account?

How do I add a child to my MyCHOP account? For security reasons and the safety of your child’s health information, children need to be added by a member of your child’s healthcare team. This can be done over the phone or onsite during a visit to any CHOP location.

What’s new in the mychop patient portal?

Updates to the MyCHOP patient portal mean easier access to medical information like labs & test results, visit notes, medications and more. From Lancaster County to the Jersey Shore, you’ll find Children’s Hospital pediatricians and specialists nearby.

How do I get a mychop access code?

Please enter your ZIP code. You must enable JavaScript to use this site. Click here for instructions on enabling JavaScript. No Access Code? To create an account, you’ll need to request a MyCHOP access code. Call your CHOP Provider’s office to request this code. Then click “Sign Up Now” to get started.

Will my chop results appear in my account?

Results will only appear in your MyCHOP account for tests that were ordered by CHOP healthcare providers from within departments that support MyCHOP. If a test that was ordered from within a department that does not support MyCHOP, the Result will not appear in MyCHOP.

Can I request a renewal of my chop medication?
