You may sign up for a MyChart account one of two ways: In Person. During your next visit, ask your front desk or care team member for a MyChart activation code. Select “Login to MyChart” above. Click “Sign Up Now.”. Enter your activation code and complete the rest of the form. Create a username and password.
How long does it take to get a refund from NFP?
When an over payment is made to the organization a refund will be processed within 15 days of the date NFP becomes aware of the over payment or within 15 days of the customer requesting the refund, whichever is sooner. Refunded amounts will only be made on over payments greater than $5.00 and will be made via check.
