How do I log into my nvrh patient portal?
To log into the Portal, go to MyPortal.NVRH.org. Then, simply enter your logon ID and password. Can my family access my Portal? You can give family members, caretakers, or others access to your Portal. This requires consent from you, as well as the proxy user’s name and email address. Can a parent see their minor child’s patient portal?
How do I access my Patient Portal?
To access your patient portal, please log in to the General Patient Portal. NOTE: If you are a patient in Albion/Medina, a Cardiothoracic patient or a patient at Dr. Perna’s/Ippolito’s office, you will need to log in under that appropriate section. For technical support regarding the patient portal please call 716-422-5801.
