What is MyChart? MyChart offers patients personalized and secure online access to their medical records, allowing you to manage and receive information about your health. Patients who want MyChart access will be given an activation code during their health center visit or shortly thereafter via email.
How can I access my medical information if I am a patient at NYU Langone?
If you are a patient at NYU Langone, you can create an NYU Langone Health MyChart account to access your medical information. If you already have a MyChart account, sign in. To create a MyChart account, we first need to confirm that you have a patient record at NYU Langone.
How do I sign up for NUNM MyChart?
