WebMedicaid renewals During the COVID-19 public health emergency the federal government extended coverage for all those with Medicaid. This extension is now ending and Alaska, Washington and Oregon will return to the regular pre-pandemic process of Medicaid annual renewals beginning April 1, 2023.
