What is the my Rush app?
The My Rush app provides mobile, on-the-go access to your health record so you can manage your care on a single, secure platform. Anyone with a MyChart account can download and use the app for free. If you don’t have a MyChart account, you can create one on your computer or on the app.
How do I download the MyChart app?
Go to the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play (for Android) on your mobile device to download the app. If you have questions about MyChart or the My Rush app, please call the MyChart Helpline at (312) 563-6600. Please do not use MyChart or the app to send messages related to medical emergencies.
How do I access my chart?
Use the access code provided at the time of your appointment or enter your information to create an account. Both outpatients and inpatients can also access MyChart by filling out an access request form. If you include your email address on the form, Rush will email your activation code.
