What should I not do with MyChart?

Please do not use MyChart for messages requiring urgent attention. For urgent medical matters, contact your provider’s office directly. If you have a medical emergency, please call 911. What is MyChart wait list?

MyChart Wait List is a feature which allows you to be notified if an earlier appointment time becomes available with your provider. You must already have an appointment scheduled to be sent an offer. Not all appointments have a Wait List option.

Who can access my Child’s Health Information in MyChart?

MyChart is available to children age 13 and older. If you have a child under 13 years old, a parent or legal guardian may access their health information in MyChart by becoming their proxy. To request family/proxy access to your child’s health information, you must complete a family access form.

What to do if you have a medical emergency?

If there is a medical emergency, call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.
