My Tift Regional Patient Portal (“Patient Portal”) provides you with online access to portions of your electronic medical record for care and treatment provided by TRHS Facilities which is maintained by us and allows us to communicate securely with you.
How many campuses and outlying clinics does Tift have?
That’s why we are investing in our three destination campuses and multiple outlying clinics. We are adding a brand new $150 million patient tower to our flagship Tift Regional Medical Center that will include new private patient rooms and a new Emergency Department set to open in 2021.
How do I enroll in the healthelife patient portal?
There are two ways to enroll in the HealtheLife Patient Portal: Request an email invitation. Provide your email address to the Patient Access representative at your next visit with a Southwell/Tift Regional provider or facility. Or, you can call our Patient Access Department at 229-391-4174 to have an email invitation sent to you.
