What is UI Health’s MyChart?
MyChart is live! UI Health now uses MyChart as our patient portal and health app. Please sign up for a MyChart account. Visit MyChart.UIHealth.Care for more information.
What is MyChart and how does it work?
MyChart is just one of the ways UI Health is working to improve your healthcare experience. Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments – no phone call required. You can even check-in for your appointment before you arrive. MyChart has your after-visit summaries, test results, and discharge instructions, all in one place.
How do I get my own MyChart account?
As soon as you schedule your first UI Health Care appointment, you’re eligible to get your own MyChart account. Sign up through the MyChart website on your computer, or you can use our mobile app on your iPhone, iPad, or Android device. Asking a medical advice question on MyChart may lead to charges.
What is MyChart’s echeck-in feature?
MyChart’s eCheck-in feature lets you answer your check-in questionnaires early, so you spend less time at the front desk. MyChart gives you a safe, secure way to share your medical information and view the medical information of the people you care for. Keep track of your family’s medical information directly from your own account.
What is the 21st century cures act?
The 21st Century Cures Act is a federal mandate that is designed to give patients more access to their medical information. As of March 31, 2021, UI Health is providing test results and provider notes (with a few exceptions) will be released via the MyChart patient portal as soon as they are available.
