How do I upload documents to UB Student Health Services?
Documentation must be uploaded using the UB Student Health Services portal . All UB students and employees are strongly encouraged to stay up to date with their vaccinations, including getting booster shots when eligible. Proof of vaccination against COVID-19 is not required to attend events at UB.

New to the UBMD Patient Portal? Getting started is as easy as 1-2-3! Contact your office and verify your email address. Our staff will give you a verification code. Check your email for a message from FollowMyHealth™. Clink the link in your invitation email and follow the instructions to get started.
Does UB offer student health services?
Student Health Services offers assistance to currently registered UB students regardless of the type of health insurance plan they have. You do not need to be insured through one of UB’s health insurance plans to utilize Student Health Services; however, you DO need to be registered for the current semester.
