Can UCHealth terminate my access to the patient portal?

Each of UCHealth clinics and aligned medical facilities expressly reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate a user’s access to any interactive services and/or to any or all other areas of the patient portal due to any act that would constitute a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

How do I access my UC Health account?

A simple consent form must be completed before access is granted. Review your account details, pay your UC Health provider and hospital account balances, and sign up for paperless billing. Your My UC Health account provides convenient online access to your medical bills 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

How do I deactivate my UCHealth account?

There are many advantages to having a My Health Connection account as a UCHealth patient. But if you wish to deactivate your account, you may do so anytime. Please note: deactivating your account does not delete your UCHealth medical records. Step 2: Click the menu button in the top-right corner of the screen. Step 3: Click “Settings.”
