What is MyChart?

MyChart is an online service offered by Yale New Haven Health that allows you to connect with your doctor’s office, schedule appointments, request prescription renewals, review your health history and more — any time! All you need for access is an activation code from your doctor and your date of birth.

What are Yale Medicine and Yale New Haven health’s billing hours?

We are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. To deliver a more secure, convenient, and eco-friendly way to view your bills, Yale Medicine and Yale New Haven Health will switch to paperless billing for MyChart users starting January 3, 2023.

What is a mychart?

When can I see a note from my visit?

You will be able to find your notes in MyChart when your provider completes it.

What if I don’t understand something written in the note?

Keep in mind that your provider uses the note to manage your care and to communicate with others involved in your care. It is not necessarily written in lay-person’s language.
