What is MyChart and how do I use it?

MyChart is a free service offered to our Presbyterian Medical Group patients. You might also want to grant a family member or friend access to your medical records when you need assistance managing your appointments and other medical needs.

What can I do as a registered mypres user?

As a registered myPRES user, you have personalized and secure on-line access to manage and receive information about your health. Patients of Presbyterian Healthcare Services have access to MyChart, a service to gain access to portions of your electronic health records and the ability to message your care team.

How do I access my St Luke’s MyChart?

Yes, you can access your MyChart from our mobile website or through our mobile app. Visit sluhn.org/MyChart on the web, or visit the Apple Store or Google Play Store to download our St. Luke’s mobile app! Can I get access to my child’s MyChart account?

Yes you can. This is called Proxy Access and allows a parent (or guardian) to log into their personal MyChart account and then connect to information regarding their family member. To request access to a child’s account, complete a Child Proxy Request within your MyChart account found in your Medical Records tab.

How many providers does Presbyterian Health Plan have?

As a Presbyterian Health Plan member, you have access to more than 17,000 providers in more than 500 locations statewide and bordering communities. Search the most current list of in-network providers and facilities using criteria such as name, gender, location or specialty.

How long does it take to receive a MyChart answer?

You will generally receive an answer within 2 business days. Please note that MyChart is not to be used for urgent needs. For medical emergencies, dial 911. Please understand that messages may not necessarily be reviewed by your doctor and may be responded to by nurses, advance practice clinicians and other members of your care team depending on the nature of your question.

How long does it take for a radiology test to show up on MyChart?

Most test results will display in MyChart once they are available. Test results from radiology and pathology will be available after 72 hours. Test results that determine certain sensitive conditions will not automatically display in MyChart. Your doctor will contact you regarding these results.
