The MyChart features of the OhioHealth app require a MyChart account. New users can request an activation code within the app by clicking Create an Account, or online at MyChart.OhioHealth.com. Finding the right doctor makes a big difference.

You can create a MyChart account in the OhioHealth app. Your doctor may have provided you with an activation code during your last outpatient office visit; however, a code is not required to create an account. Currently, MyChart features are available only for OhioHealth facilities in the greater Columbus area, including Delaware and Marion.
