What is UTMB MyChart?
UTMB MyChart is a secure online patient portal offered by the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB). It allows you to manage your healthcare information and communicate with your doctors and care providers electronically.
Logging In:
- Visit the UTMB MyChart Login Page: https://mychart.utmb.edu
- Enter your Username and Password: These credentials are provided by UTMB upon your initial MyChart registration.
- Click “Log In.”
- Follow any additional security prompts.
Using MyChart:
Once logged in, you can access a variety of features through MyChart, including:
- Viewing your medical records: This includes doctor’s notes, lab results, immunizations, and medication lists.
- Requesting appointments: Schedule appointments with your UTMB providers directly through the portal.
- Refilling prescriptions: Send refill requests for your medications electronically.
- Messaging your doctor: Communicate with your healthcare providers about non-urgent concerns.
- Paying bills: View and pay your UTMB bills online.
