    What are the benefits of being a Vidant Health (ECU health) patient?

    As a Vidant Health (ECU Health) patient, you may receive more than one type of bill for services. Some of the doctors on your care team while in a Vidant (ECU Health) hospital may not be employed by Vidant (ECU Health), and you will get a separate bill from them.     Take charge of managing your health. MyChart is ECU Health’s free online patient portal. It’s an easy and secure way to access your health records, connect with your physicians and nurses, and feel more confident in your health. There’s even a mobile app so you can stay connected wherever you go.

    How do I log into the ECU Health app?

    Select ECU Health if you are a patient at an ECU Health Hospital, Vidant Medical Group Practice or Our Children’s Clinic. You will then be able to log into the app with the same MyChart ID and password you activated your account with. Please note – you must activate your MyChart account via an internet browser.

    How do I pay my bill in MyChart?

    If you are an ECU Health patient or Pitt County Health Department patient, you can see and pay your bill in MyChart. Just click the Biling tab to see your accounts. If you have a balance, you will be able to select the Pay button to make a payment. You may also set up a payment plan, to be paid monthly with a credit/debit card .
